Can you send me information on the product before I buy?

If you need product information other than what is listed on the site, please contact us at wackywillys@gmail.com If additional information is available that is not posted on the Web, we will be happy to let you know. How can I determine if a product is safe for children? All merchandise is required to comply with every applicable health and safety standard in the US and Canada.

Are batteries included with those products that require them?

Our merchandise does not include batteries. The product description usually specifies any merchandise that does include batteries.

What if I am interested in a product that I do not see on the site?

What if I have a problem while placing an order?

Although most online orders go very smoothly, occasionally you may experience some bumps in the road. If you are not sure what to do next to complete your order, the Shopping Cart is a good place to start. In most cases, you'll get back on track and easily complete your order. Do you accept international orders?

Yes. An email request will be sent after your order is placed for shipping costs.

How do I cancel or modify my order once it has been placed?

We process orders very quickly in order to provide our customers with excellent service. This does make it difficult for us to cancel or modify your order once it is submitted. If you change your mind once your order has been submitted, you have to tell us immediately by phoning Customer Service at 1 778 426 3335 . Email or Fax may not be fast enough, and we could ship your order out before your tell us.

Will I receive an automatic confirmation that my order has been processed after I have placed my order?

Yes, an email will be sent with your Order ID number and order information. 

If you sent your order via fax or mail, a Customer Service Representative at 1-778-426 3335 will be happy to verify that your order has been processed.

Will I receive a confirmation when my order is shipped?

Yes, An email will be sent once your Order is shipped. Please ensure you correctly enter your  email address when placing your order.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and International Money Orders. At this time, we do not accept checks, International VISA gift cards or C.O.D. payments.

When will my credit card be charged?

We do not charge your card until your order is packaged for shipping.

What do I do if my credit card information is declined?

If the site declines your credit card information, it is most likely you have entered a Credit card not accepted by Wacky Willy's.

If your credit card information is accepted when ordering but declined when processed you will be contacted by email. We do not receive specific information as to why a credit card is declined, the issuing bank will be able to provide you with additional information.

If I ordered an item and it is on back order, will you ship it to me when it is once again available?

If your order information included an email address, we will send you an email to inform you that a product you ordered is not available for immediate delivery. Then a Customer Service Rep will discuss your options, and course of action you would prefer. We will ship the item to you when we receive it into stock.

When do you charge my credit card for product that is on back order?

We do not charge your credit card for the purchase price of the item until it is packaged for shipping. If the backordered item was part of a larger order, shipping costs for the items shipped WILL NOT incorporate ANY charges for the backordered item(s). A Customer Service Representative at 1-778-426 3335 or wackywillys@gmail.com will be happy to assist you with your back order. We will gladly cancel your order for you or help you select a comparable item that is available for immediate delivery.

I was on your site and saw a product that I wanted to order, but when I came back later, it was no longer there. What happened?

The product you are looking for may be temporarily out of stock or no longer available. We make every attempt to keep the site updated so that only items that are currently available are shown. Since quantities of many of our items, particularly collectibles, are limited, there is always a chance that they will sell out quickly. If the item you wish to order becomes available again, however, we will post it on the site as soon as it is in stock.

Returns / Refunds

To return an Item for exchange or refund please email wackywillys@gmail.com for additional information. A 15% restocking fee may apply to items returned for refund. Items retuned must be in new/unused condition to be exchanged or to be refunded.

Warranty
