I cancel or modify my order once it has been placed?
We process orders very quickly in order to provide our
customers with excellent service. This does make it
difficult for us to cancel or modify your order once
it is submitted. If you change your mind once your order
has been submitted, you have to tell us immediately

or Fax may not be fast enough, and we could ship your
order out before your tell us.
Will
I receive an automatic confirmation that my order has
been processed after I have placed my order?
No. Usually we do not contact you unless we need more
information, or there's a problem. But you can request
Order Confirmation by writing that under the "SPECIAL
INSTRUCTIONS" section of the order form.

whether your order has shipped.

payment methods do you accept?

Money Orders. At this time, we do not accept checks,
or C.O.D. payments at his time.

will my credit card be charged?
We do not charge your card until your order has shipped.
What
do I do if my credit card information is declined?
If the site declines your credit card information, once
you have verified that the name, credit card number
and expiration date are correct, the issuing bank of

ship it to me when it is once again available?

we will send you an email to inform you that a product
you ordered is not available for immediate delivery.
Then a Customer Service Rep will discuss your options,
and course of action you would prefer. We will ship
the item to you when we receive it into stock.
When
do you charge my credit card for product that is on
back order?
We do not charge your credit card for the purchase price
of the item until it has shipped. If the backordered
item was part of a larger order, shipping costs for
the items shipped WILL NOT incorporate ANY charges for
the backordered item(s). A Customer Service Representative

to assist you with your back order. We will gladly cancel
your order for you or help you select a comparable item
that is available for immediate delivery.
